Signing up for OnTrack is quick and easy. There are just a few questions we need to ask you to process your registration.

Your privacy is very important to us. OnTrack Flood and Storm Recovery has been developed together with the team at OnTrack, psychologists and web developers based at The Queensland University of Technology (QUT). All information you give us will be kept securely at QUT. Any information that you write will not be seen by anyone outside the OnTrack project team. Your email address will not be sent to anyone else.

  • OnTrack Flood and Storm Recovery is an online program with no therapist or Doctor support.
  • Any information I give online will be kept confidential, except if the OnTrack team were concerned that I may be at risk of harming myself or someone else, or if my information were requested by a court of law.
  • If I need further help I should click Get Help at any time for a list of useful sites and numbers.
  • I am 18 years or over and an Australian resident.
  • If I am very distressed and this is getting in the way of my everyday life then I should speak to my Doctor or a Health Professional. If I don't contact these professionals I am using the program at my own risk.
  • If I have problems logging in or wish to unsubscribe from the program and further contact from the OnTrack team I can click Having a Technical Problem and send a message. This will not have any impact on any current or future relationship I may have with the OnTrack team or QUT.
  • I consent to information being used for research purposes, as long as I cannot be identified.
