This program is for people with risky levels of drinking. Because alcohol and affect your mood, we also have a program for people with alcohol and depression problems. To see which program is right for you, do the Alcohol Quiz and Mood Quiz. You must be aged over 18 years to register for the program.

What is in OnTrack Alcohol?

The program provides:

  • A step-by-step guide through your ‘journey’
  • A personal diary for recording your drinking, mood and your own events
  • Graphs that show how you are going over time
  • Interactive tools to help you adapt the program to your own situations
  • Summary pages of things you have done in the program.

The program focuses on practical things you can do to make things better. It helps you to set goals and to think differently about your problems.

How do I use OnTrack Alcohol

You can log on as often as you want, at times and places that suit you. The program provides instructions and guidance, so you can work through the program by yourself, at your own pace. Even when you have finished the program, you can keep coming back to do the activities again and again.

We do suggest you let your doctor know that you are doing the program, especially if they are already helping you to cut down on your drinking. They may like to know that you are getting another kind of treatment at the same time.
