How do I use OnTrack Diabetes?
The program is available 24 hours a day, at no cost, wherever an internet connection can be used.
To get the best results, we suggest that you log in at least once a week for 10 to 20 minutes and then try out the ideas from the program during the week. We give you suggestions on how to work through the program, but you can do it in any order you like, based on your own needs. You can also opt to get emails reminding you to log in if you haven't used the program for 2 weeks.
